Today we hear a lot about the use of oils to condition/treat our hair, but many people still have questions, like which oils should I use and what are the real benefits. I’m addicted to oils, so I decided to share some information with you.
WHICH ONE IS BETTER: VEGETABLE OR MINERAL?
When it comes to using oils on your hair, always use “vegetable” oil, not “mineral“. Vegetable oils works best to care for both skin and hair, because they are full of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants, unlike the mineral oils that are derived from petroleum, and can have a negative effect on live organisms.
When I think of maintaining my hair, specially the “type 4” hair, vegetable oil is virtually essential.
